Since his last
release, Coming Your Way, in 2006, Jim Chuesberg has been inducted
into the Minnesota Rock and Country Hall of Fame and maintained his hectic
schedule with the Fendermen, pleasing thousands with his heartfelt delivery
and satin smooth vocal timbre at venues around the Midwest. With this new
cd, again produced and enhanced by Chet Priewe, with the help of many great
talents, Jim returns to the well to draw up another bucket-full of great
American country and bluegrass standards, like 'For the Good Times' and
'A White Sport Coat' along with a beautiful new original song, 'My Lonely
Heart.' Get it from Jim himself on the road, (see the Fendermen schedule)
or write or call him at the address listed on the Contact
page. |
 |

18 hot new
tracks of classic and soon to be classic roots rock, rockabilly and country
from the hardest working band drawing Social Security! The Jims are again
ably assisted by their usual henchmen, Tom Persell and Dave Skramsted
splitting the chores on skins, Phil Nussbaum banjo wranglin', with the
sparkling presence of Miss Kim Martin on vocals making everyone sit up
a little straighter, tuck in their shirts and not cuss and spit quite
so much. Chet Priewe twiddles the knobs and adds some keyboards for decoration
and a touch of class. A treat!
Featuring:
Six Days on the Road, Besame Mucho, Whiplash, lots more. |

(2006)
Boy, talk
about an embarassment of talent! While already busier than a fox in a
chicken coop as lead singer for the Fendermen, Jim Chuesberg also got
together with Chet Priewe and a galaxy of Nashville greats, including
fiddler Reggie Ruefer (who scraped the strings for Charlie Pride) and
pedal steelist Corky Owens (late of Gene Watson's combo) and cobbled together
this collection of country classics showcasing his smooth, rich vocals
and unique interpretive skill. Not to be missed.
Featuring:
Crying My Heart Over You, Love in the Hot Afternoon, Pick Me Up On Your
Way Down, Walkin' After Midnight, City Lights...many more.

Featuring:
A
collection of their most requested stage favorites with Jim and 'Chues'
sharing the lead vocal duties, backed up by skinsman Tom Persell Sr. and
Phill Nusbaum on banjo. The 'Muleskinner Blues' remake shows off Jim's
much copied guitar style while 'Auctioneer' lets Chuesberg excercise his
chops on a Bill Black chestnut. 'Rockpile' is reissued for the first time
in nearly 40 years. A treat. |

new collection of standards and originals from the Jims and Tom senior,
featuring special guest Kim Martin. Jim S. squeezes the sweetest tones
from his Fender Jazzmaster and 'Sleepwalk' is a great example. 'Wolfman'
is a a chilling tale of a teen gone wild, with great back up vocals;
a rarity not heard in many years and almost worth the purchase price
